We understand - it can be difficult knowing what size or color to order online. For this reason, we will gladly assist you with an exchange of any unused item. Simply follow the steps below to complete the process:
1. Contact us to initiate the exchange. Be sure to indicate the following:
a. your original order number and the item you'd like to exchange;
b. the item you'd like to receive in return (where applicable, be sure to include style, color, and size); and
c. whether you still have the original packaging*.
2. We will send you an invoice for reasonable expenses incurred in shipping and processing.
3. Once we know which item you would like in return, and the invoice for shipping and processing is paid, we will send you a return shipping label via email.
4. Repackage the item and send it back to us.
Once your returned item is received, your exchange item will be processed for shipping. We will ship your new item as soon as we possibly can.
*Note that failure to retain the original packaging does not prevent your ability to perform an exchange. We merely need to know so we can prepare the appropriate return shipping label.

Be sure to include your original order number and the item you'd like to return. Items in unused condition can be returned for a full refund, less the cost of shipping, within 30 days of the ship date, or for store credit or exchange within 90 days of the ship date.
2. Repackage the item and send it back to us.
3. Once your return item is received and determined to be in unused condition, we will process your refund for the amount paid, less the initial shipping cost.
a. for returns within 30 days, the refund will be processed according to your original method of payment, or through PayPal.
b. for returns within 90 days, store credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card.
