Please use this order lookup tool to find the status of your order. You must use the same email address used to place your order. Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email you received after placing your order.
What this tool will tell you: It will let you know that we have your order and double check that all the info is correct, especially your shipping address. If you need to change your shipping address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS. It will also tell you if your order has shipped and give you a tracking number when it does.
What it will not tell you: It will not tell you when your expected shipping date. All orders that have not yet shipped will be displayed as “Being Processed”. If you ordered items that are not on backorder, you can expect shipping confirmation emails early next week. If you live in the domestic U.S., your order will be shipped before the USPS and UPS cut-off date for packages to arrive before Christmas.
PLEASE NOTE: We’re finding that the tool is not pulling up orders older than Nov. 2015. Your order does exist. This tool just can’t pull them up for some reason. ALL IN-STOCK ITEMS ORDERED BEFORE DECEMBER 18 WILL SHIP TO DOMESTIC U.S. ADDRESSES IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS.
Whether you ordered today or many, many months ago, your in-stock items WILL SHIP before the UPS and USPS cut-off dates for packages to arrive before Christmas. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. The tracking number will also be available in the order lookup tool once your order has shipped.
The only items that will not be shipped in time for Christmas are the backordered items listed below. For orders consisting of in-stock and backordered items, you will receive the in-stock items now and receive the backordered items separately when they are ready. We apologize that these backordered products still aren’t ready.
We experienced an extreme delay the last two months in shipping orders due to the change in management to the new Kendal & Hyde. We are now working around the clock to get over 1,000 outstanding orders shipped in the next few days. We are working non-stop right now to get all of these orders shipped, backordered products made and delivered, and are changing our backend business processes to make sure delays like this never happen again.
Thank you for being so patient during the transition to the new Kendal & Hyde and throughout this past year. We know it has been difficult waiting so long for your orders and we are doing everything we can to turn Kendal & Hyde around and to make things right with our customers. Products on Backorder
We are in the middle of shipping a large batch of Whiskey Weekender Duffels. Customers receiving those Duffels have been notified. Another large batch of Whiskey Duffels was supposed to arrive on Dec. 16, but now looks more like early January. Natural, Mocha and Black Duffels will be ready later in Q1 2017.
Attaché and Narrow/Wide Side Pockets
The attaché is expected in Q1 2017. This product has been fraught with delays and we are now working with new, more reliable suppliers to get these made and delivered.

While not on backorder, we won’t be able to send any repair kits (rivets, buckles, etc.) until after we have shipped out all in-stock items before Christmas. They will most likely arrive to you the weeks after Christmas.
